Nice to see your ducks. I am preparing a powerpoint of Armernia, wich I sent to you.

After Armenia I had a good trip to Georgia, I hope you had a nice holiday in Norway.

I have a good remeberence rende to our trip in Armenia and Nagorno Karabach.

It seemed pretty stabile to the ducks

We were very tightly controlled, and were not allowed to move around on our own; so i can’t really give an overall impression of North Korea. The duck photos had to be taken rather secretly – I am not sure if our “guides” would have appreciated duck shots in front of “dear leader”…

Interesting stuff going on here. North Korea is always destabilizing things. I guess Kim Jung-Il is just out of his mind. What sane human being could believe that anything good could result from such instability?

Hi Bernhard!

The pyramids in Sudan are very similar to the Egyptian ones, and they are quite close to each other (Sudan and Egypt are neighbouring countries).

Americans can get visas for Sudan, but look out for your State Department’s travel warnings http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/cis/cis_1029.html

I found your website through Google, and love the pics!

I didn’t know there were pyramids in Sudan. I thought they only were in Egypt?
Do you know if Americans can get visas for Sudan? I’d love to go and see them.
